Office hours
NeSI runs weekly online drop-in sessions ('office hours') where any researchers who need help on the eResearch Infrastructure (or NeSI’s services, or both!) can come along to talk to one of the Researcher Support Team. The timing of these shifts weekly to ensure different people with different calendars can participate.
