How to access the eRI Grafana dashboards?

Prerequisites

This method of access to the eResearch Infrastructure metric dashboards requires being on the AgResearch private network. If you’re not directly connected, you’ll need an AgResearch VPN connection. An undocumented alternative is ssh tunnelling.

 Instructions

Make sure to be connected to AgResearch LAN (direct or via VPN):

  1. Connect to https://ondemand.eri.agresearch.co.nz/node/control/3000/dashboards

  2. Authenticate if prompted. For the username format, both the email and username@agresearch.co.nz are supported (NeSI staff user accounts use only the username).

  3. Select a dashboard e.g. https://ondemand.eri.agresearch.co.nz/node/control/3000/d/bX7jn6dZk/slurm-dashboard?orgId=1&refresh=30s

  4. Analyse the presented data visualisations
