We predominantly use Slack for support however there are a variety of options available including a Status Page.

The system status is published and we invite everybody to subscribe to notifications. For SAIL-relevant updates you only need to subscribe to ‘Flexible High Performance Cloud Services’. Alternatively, you can check for updates by going to the page at any time.
