Until a Globus endpoint is available in AgResearch eRI, the data transfer from NeSI Mahuika requires manual configuration. This article provides a step-by-step guide.

On the eRI login node modify the SSH config file according to https://support.nesi.org.nz/hc/en-gb/articles/360000625535-Standard-Terminal-Setup
Connect to the eRI login node.
Example copy command (from a Mahuika project to a project folder on eRI:
